Purchased gems did not populate

I don't know if you received my last post. I purchased $9.99 in gems and received a confirmation of te charge through iTunes but nothing has populated on my account please assist/advise

Try force closing the app first then re-open it so it shows the launch screen and wait a little bit to see if the Gems automatically credits when the game restores incomplete purchases. If that doesn't work send me a private message with your game Id (found from menu -> friendship -> search) as well as your iTunes order ID and we can manually credit the gems for you.
