multi device functionality

Hi Playmage Staff,

I'm wondering if there are any plans to allow access to your dragon Era account from multiple devices without having to transfer accounts?

It would be ideal to play from my phone while on the go and then my iPad when I'm at home.

Has such an idea ever been considered? I believe this would be a profitable decision as players could play throughout the day and enhance the gaming experience.

Your thoughts? And for your consideration.

Thanks.

I'd also want to have this function... I've left my account on my phone so that I can play on the go, but would love to be able to "sign in" from an ipad when home.

How do you do it without transferring your account?

We actually may have a bug where specific sequence may rarely cause account to remain on both devices, which we are looking into to fix. When this happens we recommend reinstalling the app on the device transferred from to prevent major issues down the road. There are several reasons why this will never be supported, but most important ones are:
- When more than one device access the same account within certain amount time, one may stop functioning completely and cannot be restored. This is a technical restriction we cannot work around due to how the game is built.
- It opens up more possibility to cheating and false triggering of cheat detection mechanisms.
- Too many people will think that they can "delete" the account on one device and will not affect the account on the other one, and end up completely losing their account.
