War rules question

Can people still join our guild while were enrolled in war? I know they can't once the war starts.

if the leave the guild before the event starts and is currently guildless then they can. I had someone join me before in the middle of the wars.

people can join anytime as long as they meet the requirement, but no one can leave from 24 hours before the war starts until the end of the war.
