So if my math is correct when your level 150 you'll have a cap of 99 cp. so you'll still be limited on your deck options considering most 7*-8* cards require 25-30 cp. Is this correct?

Seems like you do have something wrong with your math.
Its 110 fyi. Still not enough for me though.

It just meant that you must decide that cards to use each time, instead of just take five 8* and steamroll with them.
