So if my math is correct when your level 150 you'll have a cap of 99 cp. so you'll still be limited on your deck options considering most 7*-8* cards require 25-30 cp. Is this correct?

It just meant that you must decide that cards to use each time, instead of just take five 8* and steamroll with them.
