Who is the guild leader, and what are the requirements? I am currently a part of a guild but not enough members trying hard enough, mostly because the guild rules are too lenient. And seen your guilds description post on guild list. So thought I'd give it a try before I leave my guild. Am a star member but not satisfied with our standings. Top 15 but could be somewhat better.
