Baby dragons

Is there a way to get those damned baby dragons?
I know that i can get just two of them BY beating the last level of towers and the fourth of dragon seas, and also on guild shop, but...
Can I get them only there or there are ways I don't know? Because I check as many shop refreshes as possible but I see only fire and dark baby dragons while I need waters

Meh, often isn't 1 in 4 months. The only One I often see Is the fire, at least once a day. I know it's Bad luck but I hoped I could get them elsewhere.

You've been very unlucky. I usually see every baby dragon shuffle through my shop every couple weeks. That's the only place to get them regularly. You pick up a several in the main quest. You can get them in pal recruit, but they are very rare. I've only got one from there. I've picked allot of 4* and 5* dragons from gem raffle.
