Yeah- the 'suggestions' thread has too much going on to read through, and seems to have lost the attention of admins for that same reason

Because this thread was started by DrRick, I didn't bother reading it. It got a second page, so I figured he either came up with something amazing, or stupid.

i think it a great idea.
But 5% still a bit to much i reckon 1% at least it will still be
hard but people will go crazy trying to lvl up the skill
without upsetting the game.
soooo at least it still interesting
