If GW boss will hit every turn, like Lucifer - you will buy only 2 turns)

Because we don't know frequency of boss hit and damage - there's almost nothing to prepare.

As Midas said - until we see the damage cycles it will be hard to work out a strategy. Personally I will be looking at doing something with red for the extra damage. Until we see whether it is damage every turn, cycles of damage every 'x' turns, fine tuning is impossible.
