Raise drop chance of Murlocs from Raids

I'm thinking that chances of receiving Murlocs cards from Raids is very low.
Got both RB to 7*, but only two Murloc of different colors.

This card don't have game breaking abilities, and when you can get them - even 5* is not good card for you.

So, Playmage - can you raise change of receiving them?) Starting from level 20 or 30, so it won't affect low level players and allow high level to finish few more slots in Monster Collection.
