About skill level

How can i level up the skill level? What is the conditions for this? For example, i have a Necromancer, what cards i need to level up this? please help.

You need to feed it a card with the same skill name. So in this case, another necromancer (or 6).

Skill levels increase when you 'feed' something with the same skill to the card - each card used gives a 15% chance of increase. This is on the higher level cards an 'endgame' activity.
