Scylla attack timer

Am I miss something or Scylla attack timer was lowered from 4 to 3?
Or it change starting from some level?
At level 23 she hit for 10.5k per 3 turns, that's 3.5k per turn, almost at maximum heal.

Not sure Midas. Whatever the case may be, please make sure you have playmage make it impossible for any and everyone to beat the raid boss. Make arrangements that it hits you every turn for 10k, and the damage rotates between, water, fire, earth, dark and light and double hits start at turn 3. Give it say 10-12 million and 50k damage reduction.
This change should take place at level 20 when players should actually have a change at getting the card.

I'm wondering how long this drama will go on. At least, forums won't die
To be on topic, I have had just 2-3 fight with scylla so never seen the change :/
