Guild war bugged????

Yes this has happened to me and in my guild, 42k guild points, and ready to use more gems to achieve the 50k mark, I hope this is resolved as I have spent a lot of money on this game and it's very upsetting, to feel cheated!
I have not accepted the awards in my bonus link as I am hoping it can be changed, or reversed and guild war continued! Please resolve this playmage, I'm feeling pretty aggrieved, as most of our guild were awaiting these final hours to push for third! Steve of 'the high court' gamer ID AED0NC

Because rewards already been send to players - I think it will be veeeery hard to fix.

Same with our guild. Cannot see rank or fight in guild war anymore. Really hope there's some sort of compensation for this

This sucks, couple people didn't hit 50k yet and were only a couple k out...we were going to take second place too =/ wtf playmage

The bug likely has to do with the timing error for the beginning of the war. The war was originally set to start a day early, and PM had to fix that. I'd guess that while they fixed the start time and war length, they didn't modify the reward-delivery program, so we ended up with a 7-day war but rewards on day 6. I don't envy them trying to clean this up :/ Let's all keep in mind that mistakes happen.

This problem has not been fixed as it say I have 0 points when I was in third in our guild with over 100000 points?

It now says I have 0 gp after the war has restarted?!? What's up with that??

I understand that mistakes happen but this is a costly mistake. As I have invested money for my account and my daughters account. I would like to hear what admin has to say before I vent my frustration and start a grumbling band wagon. Sorry for being negative just want it resolved fairly.
