Apocalypse Drops?

Apocalypse Drops?

Postby Wendigo » Sun May 04, 2014 8:04 am

So why are the Apocalypse drops so bad? Naiad and Ocean Fairy are waste cards even when leveled up and Satyrs have a very limited use in strengthening others. I just ran insane and got 6 Naiads which took over an hour to do and thought hmm, I could have run the +50% drop bonus on chapter 3 and gotten 9 poo cards there in less than 10 minutes. And how are we now supposed to level up the skills on our hitter cards Gigas, Medusa, Succubus, Vampire and Cerebus which really only shine once you get their CDs down?

I understand that the Panzers were seriously overpowered and causing the game to be unbalanced and they now want to scale things back a bit but why does that mean dumping it into the toilet? :?:

I think when I ran Dark Panzer (Insane), it took me about 30 attempts to get the gold chest. Taking panzer out of the game has nothing to do with the fact that sometimes you just roll the dice badly.

My concern was with the quality of the drops. Before you could run the map dozens of times without a gold drop and it did not matter much as the normal drops would get put to good use. Now the normal drops are cards that get thrown away. It also means that now once you have the main card there is no longer a compelling reason to run these maps.

I quite frankly wouldn't waste my time or money running Hell. I see no point in going for these cards. :|

Money? Where does money come into this?

Also, if you're not considering these to be an exceptionally strong addition to a mono colour team, then you're not thinking about how fast a 5 skill Horseman will flatten a Guild War Boss in a x4 situation. -_-;

Couple more skill ups and I'll let you all know how sweet it is.

Is death card showing up as brown chest or gold chest in hell stage? does anyone know how what is the drop rate for the hell stage? I heard other have tried with a minimum of 5 revive in order to complete hell so skill up to 5 will require 28 +1 for evolving to 8*, that will require to have 145 revive potions and plenty of hours?

5-8 revives depending on your rolls.

Drops are the same as Hell Panzer. So a Gold chest has X% drop (I don't recall the number), and 26% of the gold chests are Horsemen.
