How to Enroll in Guild War

New Guild leader here with a simple question.
The NEWS says enrollment starts today, but I can't seem to find where I am supposed to enroll. I don't want to let my guild down and miss out on our first Guild War, so any help / advice would be appreciated!

Hi Cobra, enrollment starts around 11AM server time (noon pacific, 3pm eastern)

You are just too fast, wait until 11.00 server time then window will open, but you do not need to worry. There is a week to enroll.

I'm back and confused... I don't see any window asking me to enroll and its past the time mentioned... I know other people can enroll the Guild... but how do I know if its already been done?

Home screen press guild, then guild war...should say enrolled.

When I go there, all it says is "Guild War starting soon."

Never mind, I'm all set now. I finally saw the screen.
