You'll need two fast charging heavy hitters. 2 Vampire Princess could be a suitable replacement if you suck it up and use enough revives on stage 1.

You'll be looking at:
Healer, Echidna, Snake Spirit Immortal, Vampire Princess, Vampire Princess, Dragon Pally.

You'll have extreme difficulties at Stage 1, and Stage 5. Others will be fine if you go in with full charges.
