Is Holy Seer will appear again after Scylla?

On October 11th, Scylla will be re-appear for raid boss. I will able obtain Scylla next. I wonder Holy Seer will be appear again. I am only missing this rail boss?

The raid bosses are godsends for post panzer players, especially in combo with the dragon queen. I can 3 minute mines difficult with a chary, dragon queen, and 3-4 5* drags.

I know post panzer players fielding 2 dragon queens instead of the now replaceable Charry. Puss is right, it's annoying.

I am not sure why this is a big issue or even a major annoyance. The trigger boss should completely ignorable if you don't want to fight it, plus you can get free cards (to feed exp) if someone defeats yours for you. Unfortunately, we can't make all features meaningful to all players of various deck strength, but it's at least not forced upon you to participate.

Hmm, maybe it's the length of time? They have no sense of exclusiceness since they are around for a month or whatever it is. Maybe shorten it. Or throw in new bosses. It's just old, and when something old keeps throwing itself in your face it's just a bit annoying. Like Barbra Strisand.
