What card does fire pinoccio skill up?

I noticed the skill, though the same/similar effect as the hellhound/cerebus cards, weren't the same skill. So, my question is, what cards are there that the fire pinocchio skills up?

it's for catalina the other card that does 50 % fire block that isn't cannoneer

I guess it also skills itself up, which I wouldn't really recommend doing.

Unfortunately fire pinnochio's main skill sucks ass. If you want a fire shooter get the 4-5* hellhound. The passive is nice tho.
