I cant protect my cards anymore , has anybody had the same trouble recently ?

Hi Billyard, could you describe how the cards wouldn't be protected? Is the Protect button gone? Or after you press the Protect button, the card still shows the Protect button instead of Unprotect? Please clean up some space in your device main memory as well as SD card if the game is installed there so that there will be enough room to store the protection status data.

Hi thanks for getting back to me so quick , The protect button is there , but when I press it and go to the cards its unprotected, I've had no trouble with this before just started today , I will delete some stuff to free up some space see if that works

Hi Billyard, if you mean that when you go to the card detailed screen, the button on the cards are displayed as "Unprotect", then they are already protected.

I click on the protect button and when I go back to the card it shows protect again , so the card remains unprotected.

i am having the same problem with my kindle fire; cards are protected and when i return they are no longer protected. pmsupport says it is a kindle problem and kindle support says it is a dragon era problem. i say it is a real pain in the butt. wait till you lose a few dragons (accidentally used in place of gem dragons) when leveling up!

Hi Billyard and Woody, this should not be the game's problem because we didn't receive similar reports from the other players other than you. I will forward it to the QA team to reproduce though. The problem is usually caused by lacking storage to store the protection data. If making more room in the location the game is installed doesn't work, please reinstall to see if it helps.

PM: have free memory space, expanded cache, turned off other apps, reloaded game numerous times to no avail.
