Can not connect to server

Is the server down? I havent been able to get back into the game. Since yesterdays forced update. I have reset both my phone and my wifi. And still can not connect. What do i do now. Ive already missed 3 shop refreshes and i just know they contained e pots n hp cards. WTF PM?

Now it just keeps saying extracting files 51/208 then the bar fills then disappears then reappears again at 51/208 please fix before i lose more shop refreshes

This problem was resolved by another player. Perhaps future issues should be brought up with players. Rather than forwarding it to the design team. Since my last issue sent to them has yet to be fixed. Wtg design team .
