New Arena Tier arrangement

I like how you have rearranged the tiers except for the fact that something is going terribly wrong with tier 2 right now. Only opponents I can find are lvl141+ which are not supposed to be allowed in tier 2.
I have screen shots but idk how to post from my phone.

It looks like it's due to the caching of your last fought opponent from last season which you were in Tier 3. We have reset everyone's opponent list so it should be fixed now.

On the Topic of the new Arena layout:
I'm not sure if spreading the levels per Tier out was a good idea. Personally, I found that the Tiers were already enough of a challenge as they were originally. 1-50, 51-100, 101+.
Instead of having the levels for each Tier changed, it would have been preferable to have a Tier 4 151+ added so that the strength and CP between players were equally matched and then had the MAX player LVL cap raised.
Forgive me if I've missed the conversation if it had come up in another thread but just thought it may need considering for future preference.
