I use hydra in combo with chimera. Heals my team for 14.5k each round. Get some high hp cards, I.e make sure your team has about 14k hp and you get through first 5 rounds with no or maybe one revive. I use poisoned to kill of end boss as well for first 5 rounds. With hydra you can replace chimera for saintess of ocean. Works for me

Try blackbeard/holy priestess leaders, naga, snake spirit, future soldier, full heal card.

If you don't have a full heal, use a card with active heal, preferably another holy priestess. In addition, if you have around 14k hp you should be able to last the insane map without a revive. It will be very time consuming on the boss wave though.
