Raid bosses drop rate question

I read this info in new expasion anouncement:

After that i noticed that raid boss cards drops significantly lowered. I do over 10 raids a day on lvl 70 & now it is hard to get even 1 boss cards from it, where previous was normal to get few of them from so many raids.
My question is did you lowered drop of raid bosses cards?
This is not only my observation, so i would like to get confirmation that you lowered chance of raid boss card drop or not.

+1 on bad drop rate for lite soldier. Am I mistaken ? drop rate percentage for level 70 is 50%… I am definitely not getting that if it is seems like it's 10%

Then explain why the previous card where easier to get

It's the same with drop rates of gold chests. They have gone down dramatically. I've been running hell mode on Apocalypse map loads of times and haven't had a single gold chest for a week or more now. My wife ran easy mode 12 times in a row and didn't have a single gold chest either!
It may not be by design but something has definitely happened with the programming that has caused drop rates of gold chests to be much lower. I've even noticed it on normal map stages too.

I ran easy about 20 times with no gold chest and difficult 50 times with no gold chest if you want to add my results in (Also didn't receive a gold chest in insane as much as the last one, same with hell)

I'd say bad luck. I've gotten a lot of light RBs the past few days.

I have to say bad luck. I've been killing my fiance's RB's to try to get her a future light/mind manipulator. I ended up with 2-3 7* while she hasn't received shiz lol. Thanks for the people letting me use their Mafdets btw. (have all been below lvl 44)
