Hi did my first run in hell I got a gold chest it was a 4* Pinocchio ice I hope this is a mistake. 4 * Pinocchio can't be 1 of the gold chest rewards in hell.

Just log on to find my 4*Pinocchio card has disappeared first you give me what I think would be the wrong card and now you take it back and have not replaced it nice.

Hi gggg,

Thanks for the report. There was a small chance Pinocchio may drop in the hell level but that was fixed a while ago. I actually just changed your Pinocchio to the new card earlier. You may need to close your game and wait for 20 minutes before logging back to see the card change.

I'm writing not bcos I wanna change my pinos ( 3 ) as I dun think it's possible as I used them to strengthen my 5* pino .this happened in the previous map too..when I got satyrs instead of heralds..pm..I'm not complaining but please check n double check in future so we can get the correct cards/drops ..thank you ..

Good evening, I'm a player of Dragon Era who have a problem with Wonderland of Ice II level Insane. Since the beginning of Wonderland of ice II I had completed the Insane level about 30 times, obtening gold chest. Yesterday I've obtained 3 gold chest and in everyone .. there's Frost Murloc . How is that possible ?! And how can I obtain the last card of gold chest ? I want the Ice queen , it's possible change these card with her? Thanks.

Hi Korone, the drop rate of the 2nd gold chest is much lower than that of the 1st gold chest as the 2nd one contains the boss card. Please keep trying and the boss card will eventually turn up. When you obtain the 2nd gold chest and complete collecting all four item drops in the insane stage, the Ice Queen card will be rewarded to you as a reward. We can't replace the Frost Murloc with the Ice Queen, unfortunately. We replaced Phr8's Frost Murloc with Reindeer Bac's Wife because there was a glitch and the Frost Murloc dropped as the 1st gold chest in the hell stage instead of Reindeer Bac's Wife during the first few hours. Therefore, we restored the card he should've obtained.
