I have to agree. I think this card is a big stepdown from the previous cards with their X200 attack potential and the 8* version should have much better skills than it has.
Whilst I agree with what Benjamin and others have said about the different levels having their uses I personally don't have any desire to purchase this card whatsoever because the 6* and 7* versions don't have high enough stats or attack to warrant me swapping out anything in my present teams and the 8* has far too much cp which would mean I would have to weaken an existing setup just to fit that in which doesn't make any sense at all.
Someone mentioned the HP too, I agree it's really bad that the 8* version of this card doesn't have as much as old 7*cards. Echidna, Sea Serpent, Snake Spirit etc. all have 3900+ so this 8* should have at least 4500, preferably 5000+.
Therefore this card is simply a waste of another 2 months for me and I'm already wanting the next one.
