Just wanted to say thanks for making a great game. I realize that it must be frustrating reading all these angry posts all the time. Thanks for taking the time and effort to read all of these. Looking forward to all the new cards, levels, and bosses.

You would have nightmares If I told you support stories from an older free mmorpg where all they cared about was milking every last penny from their dying game, would take months to get any reply from sending "tickets" and that reply was always a pre made form message and ofc, never fixed the problem. Support for the game didn't exist on their forums like this and were all around the most shittiest bunch of people at that company where their customers put in money equal to the price of a new car or more on a yearly basis. I am grateful this thanksgiving season for the multiple replies a day we get from our bitchy posts and the willingness of you guys to change the game based on our recommendations and even getting my account back for me when I lost it in under 3 hours. The support here was a really surprising drastic change from what I had been used to and thought was "normal" So thanks guys *removes brown from nose*
