Redeem Miles cards

Hello.
Have question about "Redeem Miles" cards. Do you plan that redeem miles recruit only cards will recircle in redeems again some time or after they are removed from list they never return?

There is currently no plan to recycle any of the miles-only recruit cards, or previous special non-gem recruitable cards added to mile rewards (eg. panzer, horseman, kirin, etc)

If you are a player who doesn't have a 200× damage card today is probably your best chance to save money on kirin. 20% gem bonus on top of a double mile rewards. I know not everyone is made of money but it is a good way to support the game and more importantly it's a good investment for that level 70 raid boss team you always wanted =] Just food for thought.... if you have Gretal this card is absolutely amazing.
