There is no plan to add more normal maps in the near future, as the advanced maps are the extension to normal maps. I do not have any information on the reward the next set of advanced map will give at this point.

It would be cool if you could make new cards for the next advanced maps - cards that you can only get through advancing.

Yeah improve the gold drop.rate in advanced so more can actually advance in the game.
