Stilll a few minor issues with the Android version.

They are minor issues, but perhaps they can be fixed. Trying to scroll up and down on both the Chapter Selection screen and the "Choose Helper" screen occasionally results in the list sliding completely off the top of the screen, or being stuck at the bottom, and the system will refuse to let you scroll back down or up. This can be corrected right now by backing all the way out of the war menu, and going back in. I'd say it happens 5-10% of the time, and doesn't seem to be related to the speed I swipe with at all.

My phone is a Droid Razr Maxx, running Android version 4.1.2. My carrier is Verizon, although I doubt the carrier matters in this case.

I can confirm it happen the same to me with a Samsung S2 plus

Update this should be fixed in version 1.1.4 update for the Android Version.
