Hi, today I was trying to join a guild but this message appeared:
My game has been stuck since then, and even if I exit the app and enter the game the message is still there and won't let me do anything. I'm afraid to uninstall since I could lose all my account data.

Delete the game and re download. You won't lose your data. It's happened to me multiple times
