Crash on open

Everytime I try to open the game it crashes when it used to work fine. I'm lvl 49 and I don't want to loose my progress so how do I fix this?

Hi Mcmuffin125, does "crashes" mean stuck at the Start screen? Are you using iOS device or android device? If it's android, Did it happen right after update?
Also, please try turn off your internet connection and turn it on again, then try to re-connect the game.
