Data Error

I just recharge twice today Usd49.90 x 2 and now i cant play this games as it keep pop up message "Data error. Please restart the application". Dammmm.... i've relog many times and restart my samsung s3 at the same time restart my wifi as well but still the same message pop up.... i dammm frustrated now. After recharging and now i cant play....

Hello Gregory. By the sound of the description, these data errors can be caused if your phone become unable allow the app to write necessary cached data. Can you please first quit the app then try the following?
1. Make bit more space on your phone (main/external depending where the app is install) .
2. Clear the apps cache and data.
3. Disable wifi then renable it again.
4. Then relaunch the game.

I am having the same problem. Tried the above steps and now I can't get past opening screen.

You can also try to upgrade to version 1.1.16 which is now released first. Then try the steps above (please make waiting until you are connected to the internet after enabling wifi before opening the app).

Ok got the update and restarted steps. There is no change still suck at opening screen.

You can also try uninstall the game and reinstall it. If you are still stuck after that, send me a private message with your game ID and your wifi mac address.
