Data erased and made a purchase

Hi,

I had installed Dragon Era on a previous iPhone 5 but had to replace the phone. I installed the Dragon Era but I realized that the only way for the data to be transferred is by "Data Transfer"

Is there a way to be able to get my previous account back?

I most likely setup my nickname as: Slicovico

I have proof of an invoice for the amount of $19.99

Note: since I wanted to play the game I setup an account with the same name. Hopefully that doesn't mess up anything. :(

Please help me. I had great cards and don't want to lose the money I spent on the game. Thanks in advance.

Hi Slicovico, we will try to restore your account, but we need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Please send me or admin a private message with following information if you know or remember them:
- Your old game ID (6 letter/digit friend code, found from menu->friendship->search)
- the OS version of your iPhone 5
- Your iPhone 5's wifi mac address. (under general -> about phone)
- Approximate amount of coins and gems you had on your account.
