Hi my name in game was Linyx and my account was deleted when my old phone had a duplicate account, I attempted to transfer the account and lost the account as a result.

- Your account's in-game name & game ID (6 letter/digit friend code in Menu-Invite Bonus-My ID)
- the device type and OS version of your new phone
- the wifi mac address of your old phone & new phone(for iOS is under general -> about phone, android about phone -> status)
- Approximate amount of coins and gems you had on your account.
