skill Lvl of card but didnt lvl up

hi admin,
today i got 7 panzer light dragon to upgrade my skill lvl from 2 to 3 and when i did it my skill lvl didnt go up....
i thought each skill lvl is +15%
soo 7 should be a skill lvl up.
can you pls check in to this pls
i spent alot of time and money for it

hello sora1,

15% means each time you try, there is a 15% chance. while the average number of attempts is around 7, the success can theoretically happen on the 1st attempt or even the 100ths.

ici guess there no chance of me getting those dragon back?

You don't really need more than 1 or 2 of each panzer dragon as even putting two of them will use lots of command points. The fact you can farm them is really is intended that for players to keep trying to level up their dragon's skills. We will probably cycle through them so if you missed particular panzer dragon you can still get it in the future.

it just that i wanted the panzer for the boss raid but you do have a point
lowering the cyber dragon soo i can get more hit LOL
