Hi

My iPad crapped itself during a software update, and I have lost my account in the effort to get it going again (the backup did not restore any game data). Is it possible to recover my account somehow?

If you remember enough account identifying information about your account, then we can help you restore it. Send me a private message with as much information you can remember about below:

- Your 6 letter/digit game ID (friend code)
- Your in-game name
- Your character level
- The guild you were in
- Your estimated Gem and Coin balance.
- Last stage unlocked
- Your leader card in the battle team last used and some other cards you have on that team
