Device bug

I play Dragon Era on my iPad. But sometimes I do the transfer account thing on my android. I accidentally opened dragon era on both devices (iPad was doing water tower) and I immediately closed the android app, and I could play on the iPad. I lost 8 normal chests and experience when I finished the map :/ not a big deal but since I really need to strenghten a lot of new cards... Could I have them back? Ty in advance.

I don't understand much of what you just wrote actually. If you send me a private message explaining the exact steps of how you got the game on both devices (what you pressed on each device), and how you lost the normal chests, then I might be able to credit you some of the lost energy.
