Re my iPad has broken, is there a way I can transfer?

Is there a way I can transfer my account?
My iPad has gone wrong, just got another one,

We can try to help you reclaim your account if you send me a private message with as much information as you remember about your account, including:

- your 6 letter/digit game ID/friend-code (from menu->friendship->search)
- your in-game name
- main character level
- approximate coin and Gems balance
- last level unlocked
- your active leader cards and some other cards in your active team
