Guys, small issue, the gem store on my iPad seems to be failing all the time. It says, see iTunes support. Www.apple.com/iTunes/support/ww/. Which is of course no help. I seem to able to buy other things, changed credit card over and that didn't work either.... Any ideas as it's a wee bit of a problem......
Hi Nzbiker. There are no related server errors and we are seeing gem purchase going through fine right now. Perhaps it's an issue with the iTunes account tied to the device? I would recommend trying to login and out of your iTunes account first or even restarting the iPad. If that doesn't solve it, maybe call Apple support to see if something is wrong.
No problem. It seems iTunes is being more aggressive on blocking various purchase "they think" is high risk for whatever reason, as we received couple similar reports recently. Giving them a call and verifying few things will usually fix everything.
