Account Transfer HELP!

I was looking in the options and when I click account transfer it said Yes or No and I hit NO but it went anyways and now i'm 100% STUCK in this screen.

I am only Level 4, and I already broke the game!

Can someone PLEASE just reset my account so I can play, Or Unglitch me.

Options: Click Ok [Nothing Happens]
-Click Complete [Brings me back to the Ok -> Nothing Happens]
-Click Back [Brings me back to the Ok -> Nothing Happends]

Hi Jas0n, could you provide you nickname so that we could look into this problem? And did you just download it today on iOS device? Is this the first time you attempted to transfer account?

Hey I didn't download today, I forgot when exactly, I tried and tried until I gave up. I deleted the game and waited a few weeks and today I re-downloaded it hoping it would be fixed but I am still stuck in the same position!

My username in game is:ffc

Yes it's on my iPhone.

It is my first time transfer, but I wasn't trying to transfer I was just checking all the settings and accidentally got to that page.

Hello Jas0n. I have manually cancelled your transfer so you should be able to force quit the app and return where you were before the transfer happened. Feel free to send me a private message to me if it still doesn't work.
