Right now poison deal static damage based only on attack power of cards, without any modifiers.
For example Snake Spirit deal 1750 damage per turn = 350x5

And this number doesn't changed by guild bonuses or leaders that increase attack power.

Is this intended behavior? Because it looks strange ...

good point... im also wondering why poison doesn't have an elemental bonus attached.

Poison does not get affected by attack boosts. This is the correct intended behavior.
