How long does it take to process invite bonuses?

a friend of mine installed the game and added my ID (c8107m) recently but i am not able to claim the card for the single invite bonus. is there a waiting period for this or is it a glitch in my game data?

he might have added you as a friend with that code rather than using it as a referral code which you can only put in once after the tutorial

Referral is reflected instantly. As hamate said, he probably added you later using friend-code instead of using it as referral-code at end of the tutorial.
