Normally I wouldn't care too much but I bombed 110 gems on revive potions at that point so I'm rather ... not thrilled. (Not to mention I had two gold chests so I was REALLY hoping I would get a panzer fire dragon on my first go.) I have no idea why the game didn't checkpoint in this instance, but it's not the first time this has happened.
