How long does a Gem purchase take?

I purchased $20 worth of gems last night at around 6:47PM PST, and I have yet to recieve them.
I have checked for new bonuses and there is nothing.
I was wondering how long its supposed to take to get the gems.

It's usually instant, but sometimes it takes longer and may require force closing and reopen the app a few times. It looks like your are using an Android device so I assume you purchased through Google Play. If you can send me the order number of the purchase via private message (the PM button the right of this post), I can look into what happened to the purchase.
