Can't buy gems

I tried to buy gems, and the purchase seemed to go through, then I got this error. I get this error whenever I try and buy more gems now. Restarting device didn't help. Game ID is c2df1y

It sounds like your purchased item is not being "consumed" for some reason which prevents you from buying more. Please try fully exit from the app then re-enter it, wait for couple minutes before trying to purchase again. If that doesn't work after several tries, please contact Google Play and ask them to manually remove your inventory item on your account for "Dragon Era - Slots Card RPG"

I've got an order number (12999763169054705758.1358599769768986), any chance you can just add the gems to my account, if it's successfully gone through?

EDIT:
Also... if I try and report a problem, Google Play just gives me an error. I just want the gems...

Looks like the Gems for that purchase order finally was automatically credited.
