I have to download 7 new updating files. It Lets me update 2 of them, then it appears a "failed connection to server" screen and I''m Now unable to play via iPad. Even If I close The app or even switch off data connection and IPad,

Hi Nakazawa, you can uninstall and reinstall the latest version (version 1.3.8) to restart the patch process. Before you decide to uninstall, please write down your 6-letter/digit friend code, your character name, level, and coin/Gems balance just in case.
