Not credited for gem purchase

I bought two gem packages today. A $5 and a $10 but only received the $5 package. I would like to make a larger purchase tomorrow, but will not do so until this issue is resolved

Hello Captain Jack Sparrow. If you still have not received the Gems, can you please send me a private message (PM button to the right of this post) with the following 2 information so I can manually credit the Gems for you.
1. Your 6 letter/digit friend code (found from menu->friendship->search, also known as the game ID)
2. The Google Play Order Number or the Apple iTunes receipt number for the missing purchase.

PM isn't enabled for new users. I registered specifically because of the same issue...
