Crash many times

I do have version 1.3.12 installed but it is going to the home page after a crash even if I just force stop.

Can I uninstall and re-install the app.?

My friend, she has earlier version and can easily continue from where she left even after many hours! but I can't.

Sorry for repeating this, but non of the previous suggestions could solve the issue.

Please make sure you have enough space in your phone's main memory and where tie game is installed so the temp save progress can be written, and disable any app/software that might be clearing the app cache when you force close the app (never clear your app cache as that will definitely erase any temp saves).

You can try to uninstall and reinstall to see if it fix your save issue. You can send me a private message with your friend code if the uninstall unlinks your account (normally will not on android devices).
