lost account when updating ipad

Help,
I recently lost my account when i updated the software on my ipad I saved my game ID but was unable to get it to transfer or work, any help is welcomed thanks!

Hi, please send me a private message (the PM button to the left of this post) with the following information to help locate and verify your account, so that we can help you reclaim it:

- Your 6 letter/digit friend code (Menu--Invite Bonus--My ID)
- Your in game name
- Your character level
- Approximate Coin and Gem Balance
- Last stage unlocked. (e.g. Chapter 1, Area 5. Isle of Dark)
- Name some cards in active battle team (leader card + team member cards)
