Lost all my guild war points ,

When the war stars againg, i lost all my points, back to zero. Only one in my guild that happen. Can you help me ?

This is probably caused by you completing a battle while we were fixing the records when restoring the guild war. Your points should be back now. If anyone else has similar issue, please send me a private message with your 6 letter/digit friend code.

Hi TitusK. The intended end time also have been extended for 3 hours to compensate for short period of time that it wasn't accessible. Everyone also gets to keep the earlier sets of prizes sent out today (so many players will get nearly double amount of reward compared to previous guild wars).

Hi, So My guild was in the top 70 in guild war rank and when that glitch happened it knocked us all the way down to rank #289.
It doesn't make any sense! Total Guild points is only 2,455. Our guild had way more points then that before the glitch. our top member has 15,950 guild points. Please fix.

My guild was in the top 100 rank before the glitch & now we are 288th place.
We lost a lot of total guild points contributed by all members of the guild.
We only have 2,640 Total guild points & we had way more then that before the glitch.
Out top member has contributed 15,950 guild points and Total guild points are not adding up.
Please fix.
